Terms & Booking Conditions
1) Bookings & Enquiries
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from V & S Travel.
2) Pricing
Prices are provided at the time of booking or quotation and are based on the details you provide. Changes to pick-up time, location, route, or passenger numbers may affect the final price.
3) Payments
Payment methods and timing will be confirmed when your booking is agreed. Corporate clients may request invoicing by arrangement.
4) Cancellations
We understand plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your booking. Late cancellations may incur a charge, particularly for airport transfers and pre-booked event transport.
5) Delays & Waiting Time
We allow reasonable waiting time for pre-booked journeys. Extended waiting times may be chargeable. For airport transfers, we monitor flights where possible.
6) Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pick-up time. Excessive delays may result in additional charges or cancellation of the journey.
7) Safety & Conduct
For everyone’s safety, disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in the journey being ended. Damage to vehicles may be charged to the responsible party.
8) Additional Needs
Please inform us of any additional requirements when booking so we can provide the most suitable vehicle and support.
9) Liability
V & S Travel will not be responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. traffic incidents, weather conditions). We always aim to minimise disruption and keep you informed.
10) Additional Pick-Ups & Drop-Offs
Additional pick-ups and drop-offs can be provided by prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge.
For insurance and compliance purposes, all pick-up and drop-off locations must be pre-booked and confirmed at the time of booking. Unscheduled stops cannot be accommodated.
